            BEWARE BEGINNING. Before mass production starting, new products still need to pass more real tests and get more feedbacks from market. The pilot production is the key point to protect investment on this stage. Usually, a purchase order including 10-50 sets of assembly parts is enquired to RPWORLD. We should balance the cost, the quantity and the aim, then give the client best suggestion, whatever SRM(Silicone Rubber Molding) or others. We must help our client to start safely. SRM process are most widely used on pilot production stage. The products from SRM can ba equal with ones from future injection molding process, whatever solid color or physical performance. CNC process are only used for producing those parts can not be easily made by molding process, or those parts out of metal acceptable only in many critical circumstances. |
